55% aluminium-zinc alloy coating. 4× the corrosion life of standard galvanised steel.
Polyester or PVDF top-coat in any RAL colour. UV-stable for 15+ years.
Closed-cell rigid foam. Best-in-class thermal performance per millimetre of thickness.
Non-combustible mineral fibre. A1 fire rating for warehouses, plants and public buildings.
Most steel building roofs use a low slope of 0.5:12 to 1:12 for screw-down panels, or as low as 0.25:12 for standing-seam profiles. The right roof system pairs panel type with your span and climate: single-skin panels suit covered storage and workshops, while insulated sandwich panels are specified where condensation control and energy efficiency matter. Panel thickness and rib height are then matched to local snow and wind loads.
A reliable roof system controls water at every junction. Ridge ventilation releases warm, moist air; oversized gutters and downpipes carry away rainfall; and flashings seal the eaves, ridge, and penetrations. For insulated roofs, a continuous vapor barrier and correctly lapped panels prevent interstitial condensation, protecting both the structure and the goods stored below.
Insulated wall panels and cladding — PU/PIR and rock wool sandwich panels for weather-tight façades.
